Are you making medical claims?

No. weAIghtloss is an educational and behavior-coaching program. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical professional. Please consult your doctor before beginning any weight-loss program, especially if you have an existing condition or take medication.

How much time does this take each day?

Roughly 15 minutes a day on average. Most of that is in the form of a simple daily checklist plus your scheduled movement. The program is built for people with full lives, not for people who can dedicate two hours to fitness daily.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary based on starting point, consistency, and individual factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. The program is designed for sustainable, gradual progress — typically a fraction of a pound to a few pounds per week for many members. We focus on the system, not on hitting a number by a date.

Is there really a refund?
